The current logic basically only works for one instance at a time being launched and ran. The seed image with the meta-data gets regenerated at each launch.

This should be split out into it's own location to support the launch of multiple instances. This would be a key bit for the virsh migration as well.

I think this was solved with D376 and can be closed - thoughts?
