#24 testCloud fails when listing instances if virt-manager has deleted an instance

Reopen Issue 
./run_testCloud.py instance list

will fail with a KeyError if something else has deleted the domain from virsh. We should detect this instead of failing. Perhaps append instances virsh has removed as their own state so the user/admin can prune the empty dirs?
