#53 Create a new testcloud release

We'd like to deploy testcloud with this fix:

So, please create a new copr build for testcloud in
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/kparal/taskotron-dev/
(append e.g. something like .copr.01 in Release tag) and deploy it to taskotron-dev. Verify that it works.

If it works, create a proper testcloud release - bump version, merge to master, tag it, build in koji, submit to bodhi, again deploy to dev, wait for karma, push to stable. The usual procedure :)
