#6 Perhaps integrate the mdserv script into testCloud?

This is more of a question than a task. Utilizing a seed image gets the job done and lets us test a less used feature of cloud-init - but would it be sane/useful to go ahead and add mdserv [0] to testCloud so we don't have to generate metadata?
