This PR keeps the email notifications the same between greenwave and other projects. For more info and testing tips see: https://pagure.io/greenwave/pull-request/215

I had to fix the ownership of the Greenwave Jenkins job to list pnt-factory2-devel@redhat.com as the primary owner (instead of me) so that we continue getting the mails.

I'll do the same for Waiverdb now.
